International orders

Dear customers,
We are glad to offer you free USPS express mail shipping on International orders over 300 USD. All International orders below 300 USD will be charged additional flat rate fee of 15 USD (with the exception of the Russian Federation and Ukraine - shipping cost is: 40USD). We will ship your order via USPS mail with a delivery confirmation number.

We strongly recommend that you insure your order. Our flat rate insurance fee is only 6 USD. We are not responsible for uninsured orders that are be lost, damaged or undelivered.

Please make sure you provide a correct and complete shipping address.

Estimated delivery time

Most orders will be shipped from our office within 24 hours of payment received and cleared. We ship our orders from Monday to Saturday. Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday, if Monday is a holiday.

Delivery time of international orders is 5 to 12 business days.

International buyers are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties.

Note: We don't use the word 'jewelry' on the external packaging!
